Entry 302: Branson Trip (Day Two)

We began the day by meeting up with Julie's mom and dad in Springfield, and naturally we had to go to the Bass Pro Shop. We had a nice time walking around and enjoyed a delicious lunch there. Afterwards we finished the drive to Branson and walked around the outlet mall for awhile (Julie was in heaven). Finally everyone got checked into the hotel and we headed over to Branson Landing and enjoyed a great barbecue meal. Let me just state now that everyday we were there it was hot with the heat indexes over 100, but this day was by far the hottest.
